KINAESTHETIC INTEGRATION
WHAT IS IT: I have practiced the Kinaesthetic Integration as a crucial but small part during my one on one sessions at my Pilates studio (2009-2016). This exploration allows the person to integrate what they have been receiving (a hands-on session or movement session. In this case, after a shiatsu session the receiver is led from horizontal plane to the vertical plane, from stillness to movement, from receiving to making their own dance, in the dance of life. As a conscious integration process in explored movement, the person is guided to a journey, feeling into the reverberations ( being kinaesthetic, emotional, verbal and image/sound/smell/memory-related). The process is expanding these reverberations to a dance, as they unfold into movement, voice and language. I refer to this as Kinaesthetic Integration*. The time frame is expected one hour following the one hour shiatsu session.
HOW IS IT: Comfy clothes and a time frame of in total 2 hours (including the one hour shiatsu session).
WHERE IS IT: At the practice in Boxi. S42/41, M13, S5/7. And soon in Bethanien Mariannenplatz.
PRICING: 190EU (including the shiatsu session). Please let me know if you are a dance professional, looking for regular sessions or you have low income for the moment.
